Fasoulia made with Beef cheeks!! This green bean stew is made various ways throughout the Middle East. It’s very common in Lebanese and Egyptian households. I grew up eating what I call the big three stews which were Fasoulia (green beans), Bisella (peas) and my favorite Bamya (okra). I’ve had it with a few different cuts of meat but never with beef cheeks so I thought I’d give it a try and let me tell you… it did not disappoint. The marbling of the beef cheeks really ass a delicious deep flavor
